The Grants Manager will support the Mgr of Admin & Finance in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. The current grant portfolio includes PCORI, federal, foundation and center grants. The duties will include: preparing financial reports and meeting with faculty on a monthly basis to review reports; assisting in proposal preparation, developing budgets, and uploading documents in PennERA; processing subawards/MTA’s and service agreements in RIS as well as issuing purchase orders, monitoring and reconciling expenditures, identifying incorrect transactions and making corrections, monthly review of suspense and anticipated resources accounts and processing correcting journals; review and approval of human subject clin card requests, grant progress reports, contribute to the preparation of the annual PSOM budget and maintaining confidential faculty salary support allocations. This position has a reporting relationship with the Office of Research Support Services in the Perelman School of Medicine.Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Affirmative Action Statement
