Job Summary/Basic Function:
The University of North Texas (UNT), Denton, TX, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the BioDiscovery Institute (BDI), to work in the laboratory of Professor Richard A. Dixon. Candidates will work in a team addressing how biotechnologically-driven modifications to plant cell walls cause activation of defense responses.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in a molecular biology or genetics-related discipline, experience in applying molecular techniques, including gene editing, to plant systems, and have a proven track record through publications in high quality journals.
