Position SummaryResponsibilities include: work with faculty committees and staff to create and maintain the conceptual framework of Courant and departmental websites; implement template art and style guides to achieve a cohesive overall design; consult with internal clients regarding web site needs and page content to ensure consistency in style and tone and accuracy of published information; create and enhance web applications to meet new demands. Coordinate directly with external departments, staff and vendors as needed. Train and assist Courant personnel in creating and updating web content for which they are responsible. Ensure integration with internal and university databases.QualificationsRequired Education:Bachelor's degree andRequired Experience:3 or more years' of developing web site content, administering access and security, and creating and modifying scripts or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent planning ,analytical,management,networking and presentation skills. Knowledge of web programing languages. Ability to monitor and analyze website problems. Ability to negotiate solutions to contain problems. Good skills with HTML, PHP, Javascript, Unix , MySQL.
