Under the supervision of the Director of Development, the Feliciano School of Business is seeking part time (28 hours/week), per diem assistance in the support of day to day fundraising and stakeholder engagement operations. The selected individual will assist in creating and maintaining new processes and systems, project management, data entry, fundraising collateral and meeting preparation.


  • Create and maintain systems to track Feliciano School of Business constituents and stakeholder engagements to include classroom speakers, McColgan career services speakers, MBA speakers and advisory board participation and prospects
  • Create and maintain systems to grow, expand and track mentoring programs, using PeopleGrove platform and other tools
  • Research prospective donors using online tools such as LinkedIn and other information channels. Write short briefs and reports on donors and prospects
  • Assist with fundraising collateral preparation and proposal editing. Create Power Point decks and perform simple photo and video editing
  • Monitor Director of Development’s calendar
  • Assist with meeting preparation and event organizing and execution
  • Assist in creating and managing project plans
Qualifications & Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional manner and executive presence at all times
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working with executive level stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Curious, adaptable and open to learning new software programs and web-based tools


  • Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or similar contact management software experience
  • Experience in fundraising atmosphere
  • Previous project management experience
