Job Summary:

To assist the Talent Search Transitions program with meeting our grant goals for serving over 521 students middle and high school students.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Ability and desire to get work done
2. To work with little or no supervision
3. Some Microsoft Word and Excel skills
4. Good attitude
5. Flexible schedule

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Essential Duties:

1. Assemble orientation packets
2. Collecting and sorting paperwork from new recruits
3. Filing paperwork
4. Make follow-up calls/reminder calls using a script to parents and students
5. Printing
6. Preparation for Saturday Transition Academy
7. Storing and unpacking snacks for the middle school program
8. Keeping inventory of snacks and water

Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description

Physical Demands:

Sedentary (up to 10 lbs occasionally, sitting most of the time)

Close visual acuity (e.g. computer, assembly)
