Applications will be reviewed promptly and the position will be filled upon finding a qualified candidate. We anticipate recruiting for a tenure-track position(s) for 2020-2021 in July, wherein a full search will be conducted. The visiting assistant professor is certainly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:The candidate will be expected to teach three to four courses per term at the undergraduate and graduate level (depending on qualifications), in both face-to-face and online formats. Other responsibilities include maintaining appropriate office hours, timely responses to student inquiries, attending departmental and university functions, and performing other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
- At least ABD status in a doctoral marketing program at the time of hire
- Must be able to provide quality instruction at the undergraduate level in marketing research and digital and internet marketing
- Awarded PhD or DBA in Marketing from an AACSB accredited institution
- Ability to provide quality instruction in courses such as brand management, services marketing, marketing management/strategy, marketing principles and/or other electives of interest and need
- Industry experience
- Collegiate teaching experience, including online
- Publications or other significant scholarship
