Job Details
To provide developmental, transitional, and/or curriculum Mathematics instruction at the Greenwood, Laurens and Newberry County Campuses, leadership, management, planning, and coordination in developmental, transitional, and/or curriculum Mathematics for the College. Includes instructional development, assessment functions to include program learning outcomes and student learning outcomes, student recruitment, enrollment and registration, student advising, and retention efforts for developmental, transitional, and/or curriculum Mathematics programs.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsFaculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to a baccalaureate degree requires a doctor's or master's degree in a teaching discipline or a master's degree with a concentration (a minimum of 18 graduate hours) in the teaching discipline and three (3) years of progressively responsible related work exp.
Preferred QualificationsTeaching and/or administrative experience at the two-year college level is preferred as is a master's degree in mathematics, English, Reading, or Adult Education.
