DescriptionThe School of Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Technical Assistant who will be responsible for operating videoconferencing equipment for all RAQA (Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance) classrooms as needed during evening and weekend classes. This position will provide technical support for RAQA remote class delivery and assists with creation of remote learning platforms, including videoconferencing, Adobe Connect, WebEx, Zoom, Apreso, Media Site, Canvas, and other technical software. The Technical Assistant will also assists with posting materials on RAQA homepage and social media sites as needed. This position will be based at the Ambler Campus.  Performs other duties as assigned. 
Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's degrees and at least 2 years of related experience; must be trained in PictureTel equipment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.  
Required Skills & Abilities:*Must be thoroughly familiar and trained with a variety of computer programs such as Adobe Connect, WebEx, Zoom etc. *Ability to provide technical computer support to faculty and students.*Ability to operate videoconferencing cameras and filming (digital tape) equipment and also trouble shoot issues with connection to online courses.*Ability to operate equipment in six different (but adjacent) classrooms simultaneously.  *Familiarity with online proctoring vendor (PSI Remote Proctor Now) to assist faculty and students with general questions.
