The College of Arts & Sciences (
is seeking candidates for Instructor positions in the:

Department of Biological Sciences

Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry

Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice

The appointments are on a nine-month pay basis, beginning August 16, 2019 and ending May 15, 2020. Duties include teaching four courses or equivalent number of laboratories per semester. Positions are renewable based on satisfactory performance, departmental needs, and the availability of funding.

Full consideration will be given to applicants that apply before June 24, 2019. Hiring will continue until all positions are filled.

Required Education and Experience

A Master’s degree in a relevant field (or JD for the position in Criminology and Criminal Justice).

Preferred Qualifications

A Ph.D. is preferred.
