• Recruits and manages IEC student volunteers.
•Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
•Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
•Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
•Prepares reports by collecting, inputting, and analyzing information.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates events including conferences, seminars, meetings, workshops, and other events. Oversees event budgets, timelines, ordering, and logistics. Responsible for creating event marketing plans and materials.
• Assist in the Implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns by; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
• Creates fliers and assists with social media management for the department.
•Attend two trainings facilitated from the office of DEI
