TheSuliman S. Olayan School of Business has an opening for the position ofDigital Media Coordinator , in grade 12. Since this provides an opportunity for promotionfrom within, please circulate this information and/or post it in your area of jurisdiction so that those interested and having the minimum qualifications may apply not later thanJune 25, 2019.

I. Basic Functions:Manage OSB's Social Media (SM) platforms and Digital Media outlets according to school and university policies and procedures. Develop, design, post, and manage content on the SM platforms to engage the School's community, including students, faculty, alumni, business organizations, and others. Coordinate with program coordinators and directors and assist them in the setup and launch of various social media campaigns. Use SM monitoring tools to produce monthly reports, and update relevant content on the School's website. Assist in the publishing a monthly e-newsletter(s) of the School, and perform related duties in the office as requested by the office director. II. Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graphic design, communications, or related field.
  • Two to three years of related work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Ads) and best practices.
  • Have a strong, metrics-driven background and the ability to utilize, present, and report on social/digital media
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint. Previous experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge of SharedPoint CMS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
