Oversee all aspects of facilities management and workplace services across Mason’s School of Business and serve as a subject matter expert for facilities and workplace services.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree required or related technical school degree and significant or extensive professional level of experience or specialized expertise
•Significant experience in facilities maintenance/engineering with several years at a managerial level.
•Possesses a thorough understanding of Project Management procedures and process.
•Must have knowledge of Construction Contracts, Construction Documents and Project Administration.
•Knowledge of construction means and methods required.
•Knowledge of all life safety, mechanical, and electrical equipment and systems required.

Preferred Qualifications

•MBA or other pertinent advanced degree
•Experience and ability to compile comprehensive project estimates and budgets
•PC and automated building management system proficiency
•Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, using contemporary presentation tools
•Demonstrates excellent organizational and planning skills
