Job Summary

The Softball Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overall administrative softball operations. Duties include but not limited to the following: budget management including recruiting and team travel; managing student scholarship paperwork; supervising student workers and GA’s ensuring job duties are performed; coordinating logistics related to team travel; manage camp operations ensuring departmental policies are followed and as needed, assist in PR and marketing for Softball games, community relations and coordination of on-campus recruiting events/visits.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with JumpForward, Expensify and TeamWorks software.

Masters degree and multiple years of experience as a softball player
