The Program Director is a member of the Social Justice and Leadership Education (SJLE) team within Residential Life / University Housing. They are responsible for supervision of student Multicultural Advocates and assist in the creation, implementation, evaluation, and administration of both formal and informal student involvement, leadership skill development, and social justice education programs in the residence halls using a residential curriculum model.
