Bergen Community College has an opportunity for a part-time Forms Designer/Developer to assist in performing documents & records functions to ensure compliance. This position will assist in designing e-forms and workflows, assist in maintaining forms inventory and creating reports, perform scanning and imaging tasks, upload and index electronic documents, provides instruction in the use of equipment, software and manuals in areas related to documents management, provides technical support through the Help Desk to users regarding document management, Laserfiche forms, repository and other related issues, assists with facilitating offsite storage of physical documentation as well as special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school degree required. Associates degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Related experience in an office environment preferred. Experience using an enterprise-wide document management system such as Laserfiche, Kofax Capture preferred.

Previous forms design experience preferred; Laserfiche Forms system experience preferred. Strong technical skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Programming experience using Javascript, C++, HTML preferred; Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent attention to detail and completes work with high degree of accuracy. Must possess a strong level of organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented self-starter, ability to work independently with little to no supervision as well as a team member in a collaborative manner. Must have ability to exercise good judgment, as well as, ability to understand and follow established protocols. Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
