Postdoctoral researchers with broad backgrounds will receive mentored, laboratory-based training through participation in research projects, courses, seminars, short courses, workshops and journal clubs. All of our trainees will be required to complete coursework for a Master’s degree or PhD in Clinical and Translational Science (CTS) and will be mentored in the fine points of preparing abstracts, scientific papers and presentations and writing successful grant proposals. Upon completion of our program, trainees will be prepared to be active participants in multidisciplinary teams, which are required for the optimal treatment of the complex cancer patient. Postdoctoral Fellows will perform cancer related research involving wet bench experiments, animal experiments, and use of clinical samples from normal individuals and cancer patients. Research productivity will be assessed every six months and the position is renewable on a yearly basis. Ensure you complete the references with your mentor and two addition.
