Duties will include: developing an overarching programmatic strategy plan and detailed timeline for execution; Coordinating with PERTS staff, contractors, and external partners to ensure the implementation of programs/products align with long-term PERTS goals; Coordinating market research initiatives to meet and exceed stakeholder and user needs; Promoting the goals of PERTS through outreach and funding initiatives including presentations, proposals, and conference participation (either in-person or via the web); Managing the development and improvements to the Program Materials.

The candidate must be good with engaging in outreach activities, such as developing new relationships with teachers, schools, and districts as well as with key networks that our team is involved in.
