Ability to sit for extended periods of time utilizing keyboard, mouse, computer, and telephone. Ability to travel to meetings across campus. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.


M-F 8am to 5pm with occasional early or late hours

Job Summary

The College of Medicine Dean’s Office is currently seeking an executive assistant to provide support for the Dean/VP for Clinical Academic Affairs and the Executive Director/Chief of Staff. This position will report to the Associate Chief of Staff and will have frequent interaction with faculty and staff. The Dean’s Office is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to provide high level support while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

Ability to manage multiple complex calendars, take ownership and initiative for multiple tasks, develop strong working relationships, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
