DescriptionTheAdmissions Coordinator manages the full operational admissions support andquality assurance for the College of Public Health & School of Social WorkAdmissions office. Independently auditing the efficiencies within theConstituent Relationship Management (CRM) tool and Common Application System(CAS), the incumbent will be tasked with ensuring applications are processed quicklyand accurately within the guidelines of the Graduate School and individualprogram requirements. The incumbent tightly coordinates functions withAssistant Directors to ensure consistency and efficiency and conducts routineaudits of the enrollment funnel to provide insights to teammates to helpachieve faster turnaround times and a smooth applicant experience. TheAdmissions Coordinator is responsible for processing prospective candidateapplications, evaluating domestic and international transcripts, and organizingapplication materials and working with admissions recruiters to submitapplications to the admissions committees for decision. Performs otherduties as assigned.RequiredEducation & Experience:Bachelor'sdegree and at least two (2) years of professional experience, including atleast one (1) year within enrollment management, recruitment, higher education,or directly related field. An equivalent combination of education andexperience may be considered. RequiredSkills & Abilities:*Demonstratedability to effectively work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both inthe US and internationally on a daily basis.*Strongproficiency in computer systems and various software applications used inrecruiting and admissions - including Microsoft Office programs, constituentrelationship management (CRM) and student information systems.*Demonstratedability to organize large amounts of information and create processes.*Ability totravel to locations that may not be accessible via public transportation aswell as international and national travel, as necessary.*A validpassport or the ability to obtain one.*Ability towork nights and/or weekends, as necessary.
