Summary of Position: Design, develop, implement and support database applications and provide system expertise throughout the database application change processes. Troubleshoot, install, configure, maintain and optimize databases for use within the College while working in a team environment.

2. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.

4. Programming/System Analyst - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Provide project leadership in the design analysis implementation, integration, installation, maintenance, programming and troubleshooting for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
- SQL reporting services maintenance, design, and training
- Technical Lead for the SIS (Student Information System) integration
- Manage college database systems, development implementation and maintenance
- Implement database standards and naming conventions
- Prepare and maintain accurate, reliable and complete systems documentation
- Collaboratively work with functional users on installations, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting
- Work with users to determine business needs and necessary process changed
- Ensure database integrity
- Act as consultant with programmers regarding analysis, implementing and maintenance of State Reporting requirements
- Security administration for the College ERP systems
- Backend server/network support for the college security surveillance system and servers
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Programming or related field OR
- Education combined with appropriate occupational experience in related field totaling 7 yrs (14,000 hrs) OR
- Occupational experience in related field totaling 7yrs (14,000 hrs)
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Five years' experience in related field with preference towards maintaining computer software in a Microsoft environment including SQL, .NET, XML or other equivalent systems. (This is in addition to any educational requirements)
This position reports to: Director - Information Services
Starting annual salary range based on education and experience: $54,681-$71,086
