This Temporary County Extension Program Assistant for DeKalb County will plan, organize, schedule, and conduct nutrition and food safety classes for SNAP eligible clients who are adults with children, under the supervisor of the program coordinator. The incumbent will also assist the coordinator in providing information requested by clients.Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position

- Skills in relating effectively with limited resource adults and families.
- Skills in informal teaching environments at sites where SNAP eligible individuals are located.
- Leading groups effectively.
Lift up to 35 pounds.
