Undergraduate Counselor

Under the general supervision of the Director and Associate Director of Student Affairs, incumbent serves as an academic counselor assisting prospective and current students about the Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences undergraduate programs. Participates in ICS and University student programs; conducts ICS advising sessions. Performs a full range of administrative duties related to undergraduate academic advising including: degree checks, change of major application, prerequisites, enrollment exceptions, probation, recruitment and outreach, Bren ICS and campus wide Honors Programs, transcript evaluation, and athletics. Works with faculty to resolve academic issues.

Salary: Range $21.54 - $25.42
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
