Completes general technical tasks as assigned such setting up machines, installing software, and troubleshooting issues; provides technical assistance to staff and students living in the residence halls for computer software and hardware issues; performs customer service; runs campus errands and assists administrative staff.

Shift Specifics: 25 hours per week; flexible with class schedule.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

Minimum Education Required

Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.
