Job Details
1.Experience as a system administrator for an IWMS, CMMS or ERP software
2.Experience writing queries against a database (T-SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
3.Experience supporting Windows and Linux Server Operating systems
1.Writing and improving SQL Server T-SQL queries for at least a year
2.Experience with Apache Tomcat
3.Knowledge of Relational Database structure
4.Two years of experience as a System Administrator of an IWMS, CMMS or ERP software
5.Experience in upgrading server-side application software
6.Experience deploying iOS devices in a business setting
7.Experience with iOS management, setup, troubleshooting and updating iOS and apps
8.Software training experience
9.Experience creating reports with the BIRT report writing tool
10.Experience using GATO software or other webpage editing software
11.Experience maintaining web pages
12.Facilities knowledge
13.Ability to work independently and manage priorities, as well as work as a member of various teams
14.College degree
15.Skill in effective oral and written communication
Responsible for providing system support for hardware and software users of various University departments. Recommend, develop, and train users in software applications.
This office is a fast pace environment where priorities can change at any moment. This requires the applicant to be adaptable and a problem solver.
Job Duties1.Administering the AiM (IWMS) software system
2.Prepare Inter Department Transfer (IDT) files for interface with SAP ERP system
3.Backup the development of Facilities Webpages
4.Assist with network security for Facilities Network
5.Perform data mining of the AiM (IWMS) software system to produce reports
6.Schedule, develop and execute training classes for end user, management and customers
7.Implement new modules of the AiM (IWMS) software system or other Enterprise software systems used by Facilities
8.Introduce new setup or alter current set of the AiM (IWMS) software system to facilitate internal business process
9.Perform timely upgrades of the AiM (IWMS) software system
10.Work directly with the AiM (IWMS) software system vendor to troubleshoot problems and errors
11.Assist with oversight of the Facilities computer replacement program
12.Perform system administrator duties including user security and troubleshooting user problems
13.Interact with customers to help them with software questions
