With direction from the Director of Life Sciences Computing (LSC), coordinate daily operation of and special projects related to the LSC helpdesk. The helpdesk is responsible for identification, tracking and notification of all LSC computing related problems. The helpdesk also routes desktop related calls to the appropriate user support groups and answers questions for the Life Sciences Division end users which number around 2000. It is also responsible for all administrative support for LSC including, but not limited to, purchasing issues, office management, and communication.
