$1,918 – $2,830 per month. This is a temporary, full-time, benefits eligible position expected to end on or before 8/31/2020.

Occupational Category Clerical Department Finance & Operations Office Open Until Filled Yes Educational and Experience Requirement

High School Graduate or GED equivalent. One year of relevant clerical experience or experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.

Nature & Purpose of Position

Performs advanced clerical duties for the Finance and Operations Office.

Primary Responsibilities

Performs advanced clerical functions to include data and document processing and provides general customer service. Types letters, memorandums, reports and other materials. Performs data entry and verifies data and files. Maintains files and performs receptionist duties. Answers and directs phones. Greets walk-in customers and schedules appointments. Runs standard reports and receives and distributes mail. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Other Specifications

Requires basic knowledge of general clerical functions. May require the ability to perform word processing. Requires accuracy in finding files, entering facts or figures, and operation of office equipment.

This is a temporary, full-time, benefits eligible position expected to end on or before 8/31/2020.
