It is with this mission in mind that we are seeking an enrollment representative for a comprehensive position that requires a strong work ethic to be successful. The Admissions Representative (AR) will be fully invested in the online offerings and recruit students who have a great likelihood of success in the programs. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task. Self-motivation and direction are vital. The AR will provide support for typical residential admission students, as needed. Working from a remote location will be considered for the ideal candidate. This position may require some travel to attend college fairs/nights and make individual visits to high schools, as needed; and work on-campus admissions related events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
- Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating others.
- Accountability to meeting deadlines.
- Experience with online programs are a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required
