Founded in 1794, Tusculum is the first university in Tennessee, the twenty-eighth oldest in the nation and the oldest coeducational institutional affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA). It is with this mission in mind that we are seeking an enrollment representative for a comprehensive position that requires a strong work ethic to be successful. The Admissions Representative (AR) will be fully invested in the online offerings and recruit students who have a great likelihood of success in the programs. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task. Self-motivation and direction are vital. The AR will provide support for typical residential admission students, as needed. Working from a remote location will be considered for the ideal candidate. This position may require some travel to attend college fairs/nights and make individual visits to high schools, as needed; and work on-campus admissions related events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
- Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating others.
- Accountability to meeting deadlines.
- Experience with online programs are a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required
