Summary

The Senior Administrative Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists the Executive Director and four departments that make up the Office of Advancement information Services (AIS).   AIS provides systems solutions, data processing, and desktop/mobile support for alumni and fundraising activities at Tulane.  The Information Services Specialist's responsibilities include maintaining inventory and aging information for all desktop and mobile equipment used for alumni and fundraising activities at Tulane; monitoring order processing, receipt and tagging of desktop and mobile hardware; support of gift receipt production and mailing in the Office of Gift Accounting; general departmental office administration for AIS, including purchasing, invoice processing, budget reconciliation; scheduling and support of meetings and training sessions, as needed; timekeeping.  Other responsibilities to include learning and utilizing Microsoft tools to develop workflows, forms, and communication templates to support the management of AIS projects and tasks.   

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
OR

  • High school diploma/equivalent and 3 years of administrative support experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing administrative support to an information services team
  • Experience using and/or supporting Microsoft applications/tools, including Teams, Forms, Workflows
