Facilities Management IV
Tusculum University is accepting applications for a Facilities Management IV. This position reports to the Director of Facilities Management. The successful applicant will have HVAC experience, with HVAC certification a plus. Preference will be given to the candidate possessing knowledge and experience in several other specialty areas, including electrical plumbing, master carpentry, masonry or other maintenance and construction skilled work on athletic facilities, University building and fixtures, including administrative buildings, staff and residential housing, and other institutional buildings for efficient operations. Duties include inspecting, performing preventative maintenance troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, repairing, overhauling, new installations and fitting with specialty areas and assist in all other areas.
This position will remain open until filled.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Five years’ experience in a maintenance position, EPA universal certification a plus. Candidate must possess strong organizational and analytical skills along with the ability to multi-task, and possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must possess a high school diploma or EGED and a valid driver’s license.
