Facilities Management II – Grounds

DESCRIPTION:

Tusculum University is accepting applications for (2) part-time Facilities Management positions. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining university grounds, athletic fields and facilities, administrative buildings, staff and residential housing, and other institutional buildings. Candidates must be able to walk extended distances and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Position will remain open until filled

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid Driver’s License and have a minimum of two years experience. Candidate must be able to withstand exposure to hot/cold temperatures, outside weather conditions, and must be flexible with schedule in order to cover events/activities, emergencies, etc.
