Job Details
Acting as the initial point of contact for clients of human resources, the HR Assistant performs a variety of support services to fulfill needs such as; recruitment and onboarding processes, HRIS and records maintenance, department billing functions, training, benefits, and leave support, and employee/customer relations. Having a High School diploma (AS or BS preferred), and at least 1-year of HR/administrative experience working with standard office software and cloud-based technologies, the ideal candidate is a curious and resourceful self-starter who enjoys delivering results using a can-do, service-oriented attitude. Knowledge and familiarity of HR laws and applications desired. Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven HR experience preferred.
