DESCRIPTION:
Tusculum University invites applications for the position of Graphic Designer. This full-time position reports to the Director of Communications and Marketing. The Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the design and development of campuswide marketing and communication materials. The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring brand continuity across all media platforms; developing well-defined graphic identities for a variety of marketing, branding and advertising initiatives and campaigns; and ensuring compliance with the university’s brand guidelines by internal and external stakeholders. The Graphic Designer collaborates with other members of the Communications and Marketing Department and stakeholders throughout the institution to professionally represent the university to key business, industry and community leaders, as well as internal audiences.

This position will remain open until filled.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s Degree required in graphic design, visual rhetoric or comparable major;
• 2 years of related graphic design experience, preferred, ideally in higher education
