DESCRIPTION:

Tusculum University is seeking a qualified Advancement Services Specialist in the Office of Institutional Advancement for full-time employment, overseeing the record maintenance and upkeep of Raiser’s Edge database, preparing reports, conducting prospect research and working closely with the Office of the President and the CFO/accounting department.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. Minimum five years’ experience in database management desired, minimum three years’ experience in fund raising desired, and working knowledge of fund accounting desired. Advanced computer skills, especially Excel and Word, and donor database experience in Raiser’s Edge preferred. Strong knowledge of higher education and Institutional Advancement preferred.
