Facilities Management II
Tusculum University is taking applications for Facilities Management II. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining university grounds, athletic fields and facilities, administrative buildings, staff and residential housing, and other institutional buildings. Candidates must be able to walk extended distances and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid Driver’s License, and have a minimum of two years’ experience cleaning and maintaining buildings and grounds Candidate must be able to withstand exposure to hot/cold temperatures and outside weather conditions, and must be flexible with schedule in order to cover events/activities, emergencies, etc.
