DESCRIPTION:

The Enrollment Representative reports to the Director of Undergraduate Admission. This position is customer service and student focused and will be working with diverse prospective students. This position requires knowledge of undergraduate programs, admission requirements, registration and financial aid. With this position, travel is extensive and overnight travel is required. The ideal candidate will possess a team-oriented spirit and be able to work independently to pursue enrollment goals; support the mission of Tusculum University in a professional manner at all times; and follow academic and other related administrative policies. Strong computer skills and a good driving record are required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred. Prior recruitment and/or marketing experience preferred. Effective oral, listening, and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Extensive knowledge of computers and a valid driver license along with an excellent driving record are also required. Proficiency with social media for platforms, Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint are a plus.
