Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and South Atlantic Conference is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This is a full-time position with benefits. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, development, implementation and oversight of a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for the Department of Athletics and its student-athletes. The successful candidate will promote the mission of the University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree is required (Master’s Degree is preferred). Qualified applicants will have credentialing from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA); CPR/First Aid certified. Candidate should possess effective time management skills, the ability to handle confidential information, effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to serve as a professional role model for students.
