Head Coach – Cheer/Spirit
Tusculum University is a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference is seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Spirit Programs. This is a full-time position with benefits. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II cheer program in accordance with NCAA. Conference, and Tusculum University regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required: Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years collegiate coaching experience. This position is responsible for building, recruiting and maintaining a competitive cheer program, and adhering to NCAA and conference rules.
