Job Details
Tusculum University is seeking applications for a full-time Campus Visit Coordinator. This position is responsible for implementing and coordinating a successful, robust campus visit program. Also responsible for hiring and training President Society members and providing full Support of the Office of Admission and recruitment activities and duties to include Dual Enrollment students to become full-time enrolled students.
Coordinate, assist and schedule all daily campus visits, tours and meetings with prospective students, to include meetings with academic offices, athletic offices and financial aid offices as requested by the student. Coordinate and assist with admission sponsored events such as Open Houses, Preview Days, Sophomore Pioneer Preview Days, and Advance Registration Days. Recruit and market the University to prospective students through telecounseling, campus visits, and personal representative communications. Attend college fairs/nights and make individual visits to high schools and community colleges, as needed. This may include overnight travel. Focus on continued recruitment of Dual Enrollment students, in order to increase percentage enrolling as full-time Freshmen. Maintain statistics of daily visitors to Tusculum University. Compiles information into monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Prior recruitment experience with a four-year college or university, preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, the ability to work independently, and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends is desired. This is a comprehensive position and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Extensive knowledge of computers and a good driving record are also required. A Bachelors degree is required.
