DESCRIPTION:
Tusculum University is seeking a professional-level grants and foundations manager. Must have three years of grant or contract writing experience with a preferred knowledge of non-profit fundraising or fundraising experience in higher education. Bachelor’s degree required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Assisting with various aspects of fundraising, events, and campaigns within the Office of Institutional Advancement. Responsible for assisting deans, faculty, and others with the writing, editing, organizing and reviewing grant and contract proposals with grantors to maximize philanthropic giving in support of institutional priorities. The successful candidate must be highly organized and will utilize superior communication skills and creativity in executing campus-wide strategies for seeking grant funding from companies and foundations in support of the mission of Tusculum University. Must be a self-motivated leader with an impeccable work ethic who is able to effectively translate the priorities of campus stakeholders into timely and successful grant proposals. The candidate must be willing to work in a team environment in the Office of Institutional Advancement, supporting and assisting with the efforts of the department. Reports to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement.
