Head Coach – Men’s Volleyball

Tusculum University is a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference is seeking qualified candidates for a Head Men’s Volleyball Coach. This is a full-time position with benefits. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and Tusculum University regulations.

This position will remain open until filled.


The Head Men’s Volleyball Coach is responsible for the growth and development of the men’s volleyball program by planning and directing the activities of the team. The primary duty of the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach is instructing student-athletes in the skills and strategies unique to competition in the sport.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate will need to have 3-5 years of successful college experience, ability to manage budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small university environment.
