Conditioning athletes during the off season.
Monitor individual grades.
Establish effective communication between the athlete, coaches, parents, administration, and media.
Assist all athletes in recruiting for intercollegiate swimming programs.
Coaches will also be expected to manage, plan, promote, setup and oversee volunteers for each home game.
Assign staff and positions based on supplements provided for each coach, per collective bargaining.
Planning of awards and presentations to celebrate the success of athletes, coaches, etc
Transportation to and from games will be created and scheduled by the head coach, within the policies of FSUS.
Develop fundamental skills of cognitive and skill based movement patterns and concepts.
Responsible for the scheduling of competition for interscholastic play (middle, JV, and Varsity levels through fhsaahome.org) that will sanction competitions between schools and officials.
Report scores, statistics that involves the program to all parties.Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

A professional or temporary State of Florida Coaching Certificate (see the Department of Education website for more information).
Must have certification prior to season beginning and then maintain certification throughout employment.
Must be certified in specific courses: Concussion & Sudden Cardiac Arrest, First Aid and CPR.
Enjoy working with children, young adults, and staff members.Preferred Minimum of two years of college classes.Other Information Must be able to provide 3 professional references.Anticipated Salary Range Payment is based on collective bargaining agreement supplements.
Payments are bi-weekly, over the course of the season. (variations can occur)Pay Plan This is an OPS/temporary Job.Schedule Part-time - seasonal schedule depending upon sport.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check, to include fingerprinting, with the cost being the responsibility of the successful candidate. Re-certification is required at 5 year intervals at the employee's expense.
