Preferred QualificationsProofreading, maintaining files, explaining process and policies, training and answering employee relations and performance management questions, researching, database management.
Job DescriptionResponsible for providing a variety of Human Resources services according to assigned area.
Job DutiesAssist in investigation interviews by taking notes, assisting with fact finding, scheduling interviews and assisting with the mediation process and reporting.
Maintain Employee Relations files
Complete all transcriptions for ER investigations.
Assist in case study preparation.
Assist in reviewing performance improvement plans, oral/written reprimands and related documents.
Assist in Performance Management training.

Texas State's San Marcos campus is located in a growing community of 63,000 people in the Austin Metropolitan Area. The Texas State Round Rock Campus is located north of Austin in Round Rock, TX. The Round Rock Campus offers the junior and senior level classes to complete a bachelor’s degree, graduate degrees, post baccalaureate certification, and continuing education programs. The university's vision for Round Rock is to continue to offer quality academic programs that meet the workforce needs of Texas, especially focusing on academic programs that appeal to working adults, and to serve as a hub of health professions research and education.
