Chick-Fil-A. The Food Service Supervisor supervises the daily functions of the dining facility and offers guidance and leadership to Eagle Dining team members. The Food Service Supervisor ensures the delivery of quality food and customer service to ensure consistent satisfaction in the delivery overall dining experience. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Essential Functions

• Manages inventory and orders equipment and food supplies as needed.
• Oversees hiring and payroll of student and temporary employees.
• Manages work schedules and staff training.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Three or more years of related work experience
