Assistant Softball Coach

Hesston College seeks an Assistant Softball Coach. Qualified candidates must have knowledge of collegiate softball, ability to teach game skills and strategy, love for students, willingness to recruit offseason, as well as some administrative and organizational skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. The position is seasonal to begin August 2019 and will estimate 8 hours per week for practice plus games and travel, and some hours during the off-season for sourcing recruits. This part-time position is not eligible for benefits but has the potential for other on-campus jobs based on need and qualifications.
