SCAD Hong Kong seeks a Professor of Sequential Art to advance the university’s distinguished program.

In this role, you will demonstrate a passion for teaching and inspiring students of diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate must submit a portfolio that reflects strong visual storytelling skills and a high degree of technical ability with digital and traditional tools. A mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Manga Studio and Mac-based operating systems as well as proficiency with production, self-publication techniques and digital coloring is required.

As the first institution to offer both undergraduate and graduate degrees in sequential art, SCAD Hong Kong offers the area’s largest concentration of art and design degree programs. This is your chance to work with a diverse and talented international student body in Asia’s World City.

•Terminal degree in sequential art or a related field
•Five or more years of recognized industry experience and publication credits
•College-level teaching experience preferred
•Production of physical and webcomics preferred
