Salary: $20.89 - $41.37 hourly

Position Description:
BEECON administrative specialist will provide support for the BEECON Clinical Trial research project and help administer research tasks and data collection under the supervision of the Program Director. The incumbent will collaborate with the Program Director and will work with community partners in Los Angeles such as Early Head Start (EHS) and Women, Infant, and Children (WIC). The incumbent will help coordinate the research efforts for the clinical trial data collection including scheduling and conducting research participants for baseline and follow up appointments, interviews and dental screenings, ongoing communication between research staff and participating community centers. He/she should have strong writing skills, computer skills, and quick at learning new skills. Qualitative and quantitative research experience is a plus. He/she will be required to organize and file data obtained by BEECON appropriately. Current driver's license and motor vehicle will be required to drive to different sites in Los Angeles.

Must be bilingual: English and Spanish.
