FEMBA Program Manager


Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Student Affairs, the FEMBA Program Manager is responsible for student advising, program management, student affairs and delivery of services for the Fully Employed MBA program (400 students) from orientation through graduation. Serve as the day-to-day program/student affairs manager and a primary point of contact for all FEMBA students. Advise students on curriculum and co-curricular activities, academic deadlines, and refers students to other individuals or offices, such as Financial Aid, Career Center, faculty, CEI/CLD, etc. Ensures that student questions, concerns, and requests are addressed. Ensures that the Associate Director of Student Affairs, and Executive Director are aware of student concerns; involve them as necessary and appropriate for resolution.

Salary: Hourly $21.55 Min. (Annual $45,000.00 min.)
Total Hours: 9-6, M-F
Career Position.
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; nights, frequent Saturdays and some offsite 4- to 7-day residentials as required.
Final candidate subject to background check.
