Program Administrator


The Connected Learning Lab (CLL) Administrator provides general administrative support to the Director of the CLL and associated faculty, staff, postdocs, and students. Assists in lab management with administrative functions covering planning, organization, and delivery of services and activities of the CLL. Maintains budgets for CLL projects and grants. Prepares purchase orders, transfer of expenses, transfer of funds, stipends forms, requests for reimbursements, interdepartmental orders, purchases of equipment and software, and other financial transactions using the KFS system. Reconciles monthly ledgers.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 - $25.42
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
