Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Development for Scholarships and Student Support Initiatives, the Associate Director of Stewardship will provide project management and analytical and technical expertise to advance overarching programs that recognize, inform and engage current and prospective donors. This individual will create, manage and execute assorted stewardship projects, including, but not limited to reporting, developing stewardship plans, planning and executing events, conducting stewardship donor visits and creating special gifts. The Associate Director will oversee complex data functions; evaluate and interpret analytical, statistical and financial data; assist in developing customized reports to track donor activity and donor relations initiatives; and will help design, implement and enhance the existing infrastructure to increase overall donor relations program effectiveness and efficiency. The Associate Director will produce ongoing and annual donor communications such as annual reports, gift acknowledgements, donor correspondence and publications. In addition, this individual will work with the Executive Director, development team, donors, faculty, administrators, and volunteers and will assist with campus-wide stewardship activities and strategies, campaign meetings and special projects.
