Position Details
Explore new technologies and incorporate them into current application development processes. Use Scrum to develop custom applications for the academic, research and clinical areas of the institution; oversee the design and delivery of these custom applications. Complete complex programming projects. Provide initial high level estimate of effort of work for planning and prioritization. Lead system design discussions and architecture decisions, and oversee regular code reviews. Oversee and review the creation and maintenance of documentation for delivery projects. Lead software deployment and rollout planning. Lead discussions with stakeholders for clarification of requirements and project objectives. Oversee development team's participation with course code via GIT. Mentor and assist developers to ensure quality and on-time project completion.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical field. 3 years in C# and .Net Framework development, in building REST web-services and integrating third party web services, in database design using SQL Server, in setting up Jenkins pipeline for continuous deployment, and in domain driven design, CORS, and software security. (In the alternative, a bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in C# and .Net Framework development, in building REST web-services and integrating third party web services, in database design using SQL Server, in setting up Jenkins pipeline for continuous deployment, and in domain driven design, CORS, and software security is acceptable.)
